> Through thermal simulation analysis, the surface temperature of the motherboard is 92~101℃, and the temperature distribution is slightly lower on the right side. There should be some heat sensitive components on the motherboard, such as crystal vibration, in the device selection should pay attention to the selection of temperature tolerance specifications of more than 95℃ devices, and close to the right side of the board layout.

> If the tolerance of the thermal conductivity Pad is controllable, it is recommended to choose the thickness of 1.5mm and the thermal conductivity of 2~3w/m.K. The measured results of Burgess Gap Pad 2500S20 and Gap Pad 3000S30 are good.
