Reliability Testing

The testing of OREA Engineering is created by engineers with decades of experience in product testing. In addition to detailed results, it also provides specific and actionable recommendations.
1) Test plan and program development
2) Test program development and execution
3) Problem tracking and resolution (Redmine)
4) Test report generation
5) Regulatory and compliance testing and certification, global requirements
6) Safety requirements
7) Operational and non operational impact and vibration testing (off-site equipment)
8) Operational and non operational high and low temperature testing (off-site equipment).

Functional Verification

The insertion force is the force generated by two connectors that match each other from complete separation to working state; The pull-out force is the force generated by two connectors that match each other from their working state to complete separation. Plugging and unplugging force is generated by consumers when using the product, only when there is a docking point (IO/plug, jack/plug), it will generate plugging and unplugging force, and generally there is no docking point, such as battery/sim conn. Plugging and unplugging force is not defined. The force curve generated during the testing process contains a lot of information, which can be used to understand the stress status of the connecting system during the insertion and extraction process, and identify abnormal points for design improvement.

Accuracy Verification
Accuracy Verification

1) Testing the insertion and extraction force, as ALIGNMENT has a significant impact on the accuracy of testing, special attention should be paid to the consistency of the load cell, test PIN, and centerline of the test sample during testing;
2) Unless otherwise specified, when testing the insertion and extraction force using BLADE method, measure the insertion force using large-sized BLADE and the extraction force using small-sized BLADE;
3) During testing, attention should be paid to the floatability of the sample to avoid measurement errors caused by inaccurate ALIGNMENT;
4) The test object is the entire connector;
5) The testing axis is in the direction of normal use of the connector.
